What is IT?



The American Institute of Information Technology (ITAA) defines “the study, design, development, development, assistance and management of computer-based information systems, especially software and computer hardware. Information technology is associated with electronic computers and computer software that translate, store, protect, process, transmit, and securely retrieve information.

Today, the term information technology has expanded to include many areas of computer science and technology. And it has become more prevalent than ever. Information technology covers a number of areas. IT professionals from software installation to complex computer networks and information databases



Covers a large range of tasks up to design. Tasks performed by IT professionals include data management, networking, engineering computer hardware, database and software development, as well as complete system management and administration. When computer and communication technology come together, IT or Infotech is created. IT (IT) is a general term used to describe any technology that supports the production, activation, storage, communication, or dissemination of information. When we talk about information technology, we think that it is related to the use of computers and information.
